Use the Profile page to review your contact information and set up your preferences for automated email notifications from OneADP Service.

Some fields on your profile can be changed only by an administrator. To update your contact information and personal information, contact your ADP representative.

Changes made in OneADP Service will not update any ADP payroll, benefits, or HR system. Contact your ADP representative to change your personal information in those systems.

My Profile

1    Select the My Profile menu item.

2    Your contact information is shown in the My Profile view. If your name, phone number, or email address is incorrect, contact your ADP representative.

3    In the Email Notifications area, if you want to receive confirmation email notifications from OneADP Service, select Yes and select one or more of the following check boxes:

·     Service Request Creation Select this if you want to receive a confirmation email notification when you create a new service request in OneADP Service. This notification will be in addition to the one sent from ADP's CRM solution when the request is received.

·     Service Request Closure - Select this if you want to receive a confirmation email notification when ADP receives a request to close one of your service requests.

·     Service Request Escalation – Select this if you want to receive a confirmation email notification when ADP receives a request to escalate one of your service requests.

·     Click Save.
